Tom Coursey
Interview with Reid Miles from The Aspergers Studio
How I got started in neurodivergent coaching
People always ask me what drew me to neurodivergent coaching. I have a close family member, through marriage seven years ago, with ASD and we spend a significant amount of time with them. As I got to know them, I began to notice many similarities (without the severity) in my own personality and I started working to understand them better. I attended a neurodivergent coaching class and was really struck by the fact that our neurodivergent population is severely under-served. I attended more seminars and got certified and the journey has been quite surprising. My clients tend to teach me as much as I share with them.
